It's an illusion. The reason you think there is any colour difference is because of the light and dark grey bars in the middle. That makes the top look darker and the bottom lihter, but when you cover the middle it shows that they are the same.

depending on the angle of my lcd the top one is darker still. O.o whats wrong with my lcd?

save the image. open a ph**o editing program that can select colors. Check where it falls in the spectrum
